What we process, and why

• Account and authentication. Your name, email address, hashed password, and sign-in timestamps. To create your account, sign you in, and keep it secure.
• Manuscript storage. The manuscripts, case details, figures, and references you upload or write. To store your work so you can return to it, and to generate the documents you export.
• AI drafting and analysis. The manuscript text and case details you choose to run through a drafting or gap-analysis tool. To send that content to our AI provider (Anthropic) so it can draft, restructure, or analyse it. Content is not used to train their models.
• Service email. Your email address and account status. To send confirmations, collaboration invitations, billing receipts, and security notices. These are not marketing.
